What we collect
When you request a scan we store the website address you submit and your email address so we can send you the results, an embed snippet and your admin login. When the widget runs on a customer's website it stores a random identifier in a first-party cookie to remember whether a visitor has seen the Springboard and which A/B group they are in. The widget never reads what visitors type into forms.
How we use it
To run the service you requested, to measure whether the Springboard improves conversion on the customer's site, and to send transactional email about your scan, trial and subscription.
Retention
Raw copies of crawled pages are kept for 30 days. Widget events are kept for 13 months. Account data is kept while the account is active and for 30 days after it closes.
